Professional Fee Structure
Professional Fees and Billing Arrangements
CDI Global charges a basic retainer fee or standard per diem rate plus our expenses for search mandates. In addition, we charge a Success Fee upon closing of a completed transaction.
CDI Global uses standard schedules for calculating professional fees ( including monthly retainers or per diem budgets) as well as the success fees on buy-side and sell-side mandates. Our customary practice is to negotiate such fees with clients prior to undertaking search engagements and to include the agreed-to fee arrangements in our written proposal.
