- Conduct and/or evaluate pertinent research
- Initiate dialogue with assigned targets and gather proprietary
intelligence
- Help to develop and present client deliverables
- Coordinate selected aspects of due diligence and support
negotiations, as needed

- Communicate and liaise
with client on ongoing basis
- Participate in key meetings and provide peer review for client
deliverables
- Help resolve issues that may arise in conducting the search
assignment, as needed
