Superlógica raises R$75 million fund to tackle condominium defaults

Superlógica raised R$75 million in its first FIDC, marking its debut in the capital markets. RGS acted as the financial advisor for the transaction, which will support the expansion of Inadimplência Zero, a credit solution designed to improve cash flow predictability for condominiums.

CDI Global member, RGS Partners, was responsible for structuring the FIDC, which had the legal consultancy of Mattos Filho. The fund, which is the first for the sector in a standardized format, will be managed by Kanastra, a technological back office for structured funds and securitization.

FIDCs and new opportunities in the condominium market

In addition to expanding access to credit for condominiums, this transaction introduces a new asset with a strong risk-return balance.
