Alain CHAPTAL, associate of CDI Global, is based in Paris, France.

Graduated from Ecole Centrale de Paris High School. Alain has more than 40 years experience in healthcare : pharma and vet, fine chemicals, medical devices, cosmetics, … acquired in several international French et US groups: Synthélabo, Sanofi, Squibb, Searle, Yves Rocher, Guerbet, Vétoquinol. WW Operations Director (in charge of production – all primary ( chemical) and secondary ( pharma) plants and CMO’s -, direct and indirect Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality) and Member of the Board in several groups for more than 20 years, he has strongly and perenially improved performances and been a major contributor to global company results.

He has been part of numerous M&A operations, so knows in particular : The WW markets and players healthcare, with a large network How companies work inside, on both sides, sellers and buyers, How to make successful merging and acquisitions for both parties as he has worked on the ground for forty years and personally conducted a lot of operations with all their aspects. Also CEO of two companies, one in real estate and another as family office/wealth advisor, he can intervene as well in those two areas.His nationality is French; bilingual in French and English.
