Experience & Qualifications

Jie is an M&A Analyst and Human Resource Professional at CDI Global China – Wilton Partners. She conducts targeted buy-side and sell-side search and early phase project assessments, including providing guidance on commercial due diligence and other related analysis in the entire M&A process. 

She worked in New York with a highly innovative Fin-tech company, she conducted research of Fin-tech sector of China and the U.S market to provide analysis to the CEO in launching business to Greater China market.

She has acted as a Market Manager facilitating the establishment of China Payment & Clearing Network (CPCN) South China Office and an Operational Manager at China Financial Certification Authority (CFCA), working with the Marketing Director to build teams for the CFCA South China Branch. Before that, Jie was a Senior Market Manager at China Telecommunication Corporation. 

Jie holds a Bachelor of Management from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (China) and a Master’s in Management with a track on Finance and Human Resource Management from Rutgers University. Jie is a CFA level 3 candidate.
