Mr. Albert is recognized as one of the preeminent M&A professionals in the US, having advised hundreds of middle-market companies and entrepreneurs as well as multinational firms, over a span of several decades. Mr. Albert works globally in several key industry verticals including Intelligent Infrastructure (Robotics, Automation, AI), Renewable Energy, Tech-Enabled Services and Manufacturing, SaaS, and e-commerce/CPG. 

Mr. Albert has a background as a women’s fashion designer with US retail and operations and contract manufacturing subsidiaries in Como, Italy.  

Using his unique experience and first-hand knowledge, he has spent close to twenty percent of his investment banking career in and around the fashion industry. This journey has led to Mr. Albert being a part of the financing, sale, or restructuring of top fashion brands, including Guess Jeans, Wet Seal, Charlotte Rouse, BCBG, and numerous others. 

Mr. Albert`s vast business network was built meticulously over a span of several decades and now provides a consistent flow of unique advisory and transaction opportunities. He is supported by a global team of senior-level transaction experts that actively assist him to respond immediately to the opportunities that arise through his network, and expertly execute advisory assignments, capital raises, and M&A transactions of all shapes and sizes.
