Experience & Qualifications

Ana María has over 8 years of experience in Mergers and acquisitions and financial analysis.

Prior engagements include two years of experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers in financial due diligence and since 2011 has been working at Incorbank S.A., a recognized investment banking boutique firm in Colombia, where she has elaborated numerous financial models and structuring of transactions both in the commercial, industrial and financial sectors.

Ana María holds a Master´s degree in economics from the Universidad de los Andes and holds a Diploma in M&A and Negotiations at Northwestern University “Kellogg School of Management” (Chicago, IL).
