Carina Kueffen is a Director at Saxenhammer & Co. and has worked in M&A for 8 years with a focus on advising mid-market companies and shareholders in special situation transactions. Having studied economics with majors in corporate finance and accounting in Germany, Carina has advised more than 50 clients throughout a large spectrum of industries.

Carina is also a certified restructuring and turnaround specialist and has gained broad experience in the industrial and capital equipment, automotive, machinery construction as well as fashion and textile sector.
