Domenico Sibilio - Equity Partner

He has over 20 years of professional experience in both M&A/Private Equity field and industrial operations. He closed over 40+ cross border transactions in various industries/countries acting both as advisor and as principal, dealing with institutions such as Sun Capital Partners, Deloitte Financial Advisory and Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. He also was CEO, CFO and Global Business Development Director of multinational manufacturing companies of the household appliance industry such as TEL Group, that he personally acquired and sold to a PE after the expansion, and Bundy Refrigeration.

Recently he founded TEL-RED a real estate investment company developing industrial and commercial assets in Italy and Poland.

He has a Master Degree Summa cum Laude in Business Administration at Bocconi University of Milan. He is Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Auditor and is Executive Black Belt certified from Lean Six Sigma Institute of San Diego.

He is fluent in English and French. He is part of CDI Global Italy – Milan office – since 2018.
