Experience & Qualifications

Jaime Ricaurte has over 30 years of merchant banking experience and has specialized in strategic consulting and M&A for mid market and family businesses in Colombia. Jaime founded Incorbank, a strategic and corporate finance advisory firm focused in several sectors: services (logistics, health, telecommunications, and infrastructure), financial and insurance services, and industry (agroindustry, farmaceutics, energy and agrochemical). Prior engagements include operational experience as Luis Soto and Limited Co., as General Manager; Representative in Colombia of J. Henry Schroder Wagg & Co. Ltd. in London and Holcim; Citibank, as branch coordinator and executive vicepresident in the Bogotá Stock Exchange.

Jaime is an Industrial Engineer at Universidad de Los Andes, Bogotá (1975). Sloan Masters at London Business School (1988), and M@A Kellogg seminar at North Western Chicago (2013).
