Experience & Qualifications

Michael is a qualified accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments.

His background includes public practice, investment banking and strategic & financial consultancy for some of the largest Companies in the UK & worldwide such as Grant Thornton, Morgan Stanley, William Grant & Sons & Capita PLC.

Michael joined CDI from a self-started boutique advisory however was keen to expand and join CDI given the strength & size of the network which would allow him to better develop & execute solutions for clients.

His focus is on M&A, Corporate Fundraising & Strategic Advisory (growth, turnaround & post transaction integration) with a focus on TMT and he is part of the international TMT Group at CDI Global.
