Experience & Qualifications

Peter has twenty years’ experience in managing company sales, management buyouts, acquisitions and IPOs in the United Kingdom.

Peter graduated from Bristol University with a BSc in Economics & Accounting and joined KPMG where he trained as a chartered accountant. He joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 1993 and worked as part of the management buyout unit in both London and Birmingham, where he managed a number of significant mid-market transactions, such as the £400m private equity buyout of Intertek Testing Services.

Peter was a founding partner of Meta Corporate Finance (the UK affiliate of CDI Global) in 1999 where he has continued to act on a number of complex international transactions and has advised a number of branded businesses such as James Villas and Isuzu Truck.
