Experience & Qualifications

Renaud is specialized in M&A, including LBO operations (including coaching type support), capital restructuring and external growth operations.  In  2011, he founded ASQUARE FINANCE, a financial company based in Paris and Switzerland, and worked first in partnership with the French M&A boutique SOCIETEX (member of the Allinial Global International network) and now with the French office of CDI Global. Prior to this, he worked at CONSEIL & STRATEGIE, a firm specializing in LBOs for physical persons and assisting in the search for all types of funding and as a senior consultant in change management at TRANSFORMANCE.

Renaud has very strong connections to Morocco and opened a CDI Global office in Casblanca in 2021 in order to serve both Moroccan companies lookig for internatiional expansion as well as international companies entering or developing in Morocco.

Renaud graduated from the ECCIP School of Paris, obtained a Marketing degree at the University of Kingston (GB) and an MBA in Cranfield (GB) and is fluent in Fench, English and Arab.
