Experience & Qualifications

Managing partner of CDI Global Iberia since 2003. Eduardo has participated and/or led more than 25 M&A transactions in different sectors but has a special focus on Industrial companies and on business services companies.

Before founding CDI Global Iberia Eduardo held various positions within the financial sector: origination of fixed income operations for big Spanish Industrial Corporations (Banco de Santander), Market research and analysis (construction sector in ANDBANK and industrial small caps in CREDIT AGRICOLE) and Private Equity investments in INVERALIA where he was member of the board and on the executive committee, participating in the negotiation, structuring and closing of transactions and the subsequent supervision of subsidiaries in the most diverse sectors like: FOOD, CASUAL DINING, INDUSTRIAL and SERVICES.

He has been a teacher of Valuation and Acquisition of companies in CEDEU (University Rey Juan Carlos, Madrid).
