Experience & Qualifications

Georg Lange has started his career in M&A advisory in 1990. Concerning his clients he focuses on both corporations and private company owners. He has advised on several transactions which had a cross border dimension involving foreign clients, buyers or sellers.

Georg has industry expertise in consumer goods, industrial goods, retail & wholesale and health care. Before he started his an independent M & A advisory firm, he was a Partner at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Further milestones were PW Corporate Finance and Frankfurt Consult (M&A advisory branch of BHF-Bank).

Georg has graduated as MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) from Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe Universität, Frankfurt am Main.
