Experience & Qualifications

Prior to founding RGS, Guilherme was Principal of Banco BTG Pactual’s Private Equity team, responsible for investments in Vivere (Software sector), CCRR (Industrial sector), Bravante (Oil and Gas sector) and Deep Sea Supply. (Oil and Gas sector). Before BTG Pactual, Guilherme worked on the Investment Banking team at JP Morgan (São Paulo and New York).

Guilherme led several M&A transactions, including the merger between Aracruz and VCP, the sale of Tafisa Brasil to Arauco, as well as the public share offering of BRF, SLC Agrícola, Springs Global and others.

Guilherme holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
