Hugh has over 37 years of experience in Specialty Chemicals.

Hugh is a Director in CDI Global and is based in Charlotte, NC. Hugh has a B. Sic (Chemistry) and MSC (Chemistry) from University of Tennessee. He started his career at Celanese Specialty Chemical and then Clariant Corporation. Over his career he has become an expert on growth strategies and their implementation either organically or through acquisitions

He has held management responsibilities in technology, marketing and management for the above corporations in many Specialty Chemicals segments including Paints and Coatings, Water Soluble Polymers, Superabsorbent Polymers, Fine Chemicals, Oil Field, Metal Working, Personal Care, etc.
