Hugo Pacheco is a partner of RGS Partners

Prior to joining RGS, Hugo was part of the Corporate Credit team at Banco BOCOM BBM and worked on the Bahia Asset market analysis team. Hugo has participated in several transactions, including the financial assessment in the context of the judicial recovery process of the Bom Jesus Group and advising Prumo’s minority shareholders in their Share Acquisition Public Offer (OPA) process.

Hugo has a specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions at AdkinsMatchett & Toy and TTS in New York and holds a degree in Aeronautical Mechanical Engineering from ITA, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
