Experience & Qualifications

Julian is a Nordic Advisor reporting to the CDI Global Executive Managing Director in Chicago. He sources opportunities and facilitates cross-border transactions for American companies and financial sponsors interested in the Nordic Countries. His primary focus is Finland and Sweden. Julian also coordinates with the CDI Global Forest Products industry group which is based in Helsinki and provides business development advisory, asset management, and business performance consulting worldwide to the pulp and paper, packaging, and related industry sectors.  He is a member of the CDI European and North American member firm networks.
 
Julian was born in Helsinki, Finland. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial economics and accounting from the Hanken School of Economics. Julian worked for Toyota Financial Services prior to joining CDI Global. Julian worked for CDI Global North America in our Chicago office before returning to Finland in his current assignment. Julian resides in Helsinki and is fluent in the Finnish, Swedish, and English languages.
