Lionel Canis is a member of CDI Global, is based in Paris, France

Lionel specializes in transactions involving French companies in various sectors such as manufacturing, TMT and B to B services. He founded an M&A team in 2004, which focuses on sell-side mandates in France and French speaking countries, and he joined CDI Global in 2013 in order to expand to cross border transactions.

Before being committed to M&A, Lionel led for 20 years numerous long term assignments in strategy and performance improvement in France and abroad, including for manufacturing activities in companies like Alstom, Lindt & Sprungli, Pechiney (Aluminium), Arcelor, Air France Maintenance, …. . Lionel is a graduate of the Ecole Centrale de Paris. He is a former member of the management board of ACIFTE, the French association for M&A and is certified in business valuation by the CCEF. His nationality is French; his language skills include French and English.
