Experience & Qualifications

M&A and investment banking professional, 20+ years in M&A and corporate finance roles in CEE.

Łukasz is a managing partner of CDI in Poland. Previously co-founded Finélite, an M&A advisory and investment boutique, worked in Deloitte's M&A in CEE, or was the IBLC financial management board member at Philips. 

Łukasz advises in cross-border M&A transactions in CEE & EU, supporting investors exploring this region across various sectors. He also leads transactional assignments for top-tier Polish businesses/family offices/PEs on their international expansion or divestments. Łukasz supervised and conducted tens of M&A projects in value excessing EUR 3bn, primarily in industrial, petrochemical, chemical, TMT, FMCG, automation, medical, and other sectors.

Education: Master's from the Poznań University of Economics, faculty Financial Investments, M&A, and Corporate Finance.
Łukasz is also a senior member of the British ACCA, CAE certificated by the University of Cambridge, speaks fluent English and Polish, and has a working knowledge of German. Father of two and a keen mountain ultramarathon biker.
