Experience & Qualifications

Graduated summa cum laude in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

35+ years of cumulative working experience in M&A advisory (Oaklins and most recently with AlmaVis, his own company), private equity/venture capital (Cape Natixis/Cape Live, Antfactory and Arca Merchant), and strategy consulting (Monitor Company).

Marco has advised or participated as investor in more than one hundred M&A/PE transactions in Italy, Europe and North America, and four IPOs on the Milan Stock Exchange. 

A wide industry experience, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage, but also a consolidated track record in TMT, Consumer Goods, Industrial and Healthcare. 

He has served on the board of dozens of private and public companies.  

Marco joined CDI Global Italy in January 2023.
