Renato Stuart is the founding partner of RGS Partners

Prior to founding RGS, Renato was Vice President of Banco BTG Pactual’s Investment Banking team. He was co-responsible for covering investment funds, banks, insurers and insurance brokers. Prior to joining BTG Pactual, Renato worked at Arcelor Mittal (France) in Industrial Engineering. Renato led several M&A transactions, including the merger between Sadia and Perdigão, the sale of Tok & Stok to Carlyle, São Martinho’s strategic partnership with Petrobras, as well as the public share offerings of MRV, PDG, Petrobras, BRF, Magazine Luiza, etc.

Renato holds a degree in Production Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
