Victor quickly understands the dynamics of markets and a company's position. In addition, he has a keen eyefor both the personal and business ambitions of entrepreneurs.

Previously, Victor worked at the M&A department of EY, where he mainly worked on transactions in technology and logistics.

Before that postion, he was CEO at UTI, a major logistics player in the Netherlands, for over a year. Victor started his career at ING in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition financing.
