NSS enlisted CDI Global to negotiate sale to Daisy’s Garden Group

CDI Global Australia is pleased to announce the successful divestment of Newcomb Sand and Soil (NSS) to Daisy’s Garden Group.

NSS engaged CDI Global Australia to develop a divestment plan and information memorandum. CDI Global worked to identify potential acquirers for NSS, and begin a dialogue with each potential entity, overseeing communication.

NSS was established in 1958 and is a vertically integrated business who has retail operations, project sales, managed sandpits and recycling operations that value add products for the retail and wholesale divisions. It is the regional market leader in its field.

CDI Global identified Daisy’s Garden Group who is a leader in the Melbourne retail landscape supply market place, as an ideal acquirer for NSS. CDI Global went on to negotiate and finalize the non-binding offer, and develop and manage the virtual data room, corporate advisors and face to face meetings between NSS and Daisy’s Garden Group. NSS was an ideal acquisition for Daisy’s Garden Group based on NSS regional location and its business structure fitting Daisy’s Garden Group strategic aim to be the leading garden supplies business in Victoria.
