Jie is an M&A Advisor and Human Resource Professional at CDI Global China – Wilton Partners. She joined the CDI Global teams in both China and the U.S. in 2016. She embarked on her professional journey as an M&A Analyst and Associate before advancing to the role of an M&A Manager in 2019. Jie's responsibilities encompassed creating financial models and executing industry and company analyses. Additionally, she conducted extensive research and took charge of operational and financial due diligence concerning potential buyers and targets, serving both sell-side and buy-side clients. Guiding and mentoring a team of 3-5 analysts, she provided valuable insights into M&A research and investment analysis. With a strong background in HR, Jie manages the recruitment, training, and development of M&A analysts and associates at CDI Global.

Currently residing in New York City, Jie directs her focus toward M&A transactions within the U.S. and Asian markets. Her expertise extends to cross-border deal sourcing and management, where she collaborates closely with fellow members of the CDI global team. This collaboration spans various sectors, including financial services, Fin-tech, and TMT.

Jie's academic achievements include a Bachelor of Management in Marketing from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Rutgers University. Furthermore, she holds the esteemed distinction of being a CFA charter holder. Jie's presence extends across both CDI's Shanghai and New York offices.
