Experience & Qualifications

Thierry Gibert, a member of CDI Global, is based in Paris, France.

Thierry specializes in cross border transactions involving French, German, Italian and German speaking companies in various industrial and services sectors including financial services, facilities management, beverages, cosmetics and chemicals, plastic molding, health, industrial and business services (engineering, electrical contracting, training, consulting), fashion and luxury, etc. He holds an engineering degree from ECOLE CENTRALE DE PARIS and a master degree in ocean engineering from Florida Atlantic University, USA. He has been with CDI Global for over 10 years and worked with the Austrian bank ERSTE Bank. Prior to this he was a management and turnaround consultant in France, Poland and the USA.

He is the non-executive President of Centrale Recherche S.A. (research contracts, continuing education, equity investment in start-up companies) and Member of the Strategic Committee of Exotest (a company specialized in testing). He was a Member of the Supervisory Board of Mandriva S.A (a listed open source software company). His nationality is French; his language skills include French, English, German and Italian.
