Daniel Boutmy is the Managing Partner of CDI Global Latin America (CCPartners)

Daniel Boutmy is a CDI Global Affiliate based in Montevideo. His business operates throughout Uruguay and surrounding Southern Cone countries, including Argentina, Chile, and Paraguay as well as Brazil. Mr. Boutmy has worked in the Financial Industry for 25 years. He served 12 years with Citigroup in their Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance divisions managing relationships with multinational and regional banking clients. In this role, Daniel travelled throughout lower South America structuring loans, handling foreign trade and providing cash management solutions.

In 2008, he joined a European Financial Group focused primarily on Private Banking services with the title of Senior Financial Advisor. This role facilitated the development of a broad sell-side and buy-side client network throughout the Southern Cone. Daniel has significant expertise in M&A transactions, debt restructuring and consulting, with an emphasis in the Agribusiness, Food, Finance and Biotech sectors. Daniel holds an Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a Postgraduate in Finance at ORT University and an MBA from IEEM-Universidad de Montevideo an affiliate of IESE-Universidad de Navarra-Spain. He is graduated from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania, where he did an Advanced Finance Program of 2 years focused in M&A, Corporate Valuation, Private Equity and Venture Capital. 

Daniel is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
